Estate Sale Auctions held online are an alternative to an in-person estate sale. An online auction option is used when there is not enough items for an in person estate sale but too much items for a buyout. All items are photographed and then listed online on our online estate sale platform. The items are typically set in an auction style format. They can give a broader reach and attract potential buyers from further away. Have a longer sale period of a week, and provide a convenient and accessible shopping experience for buyers with less traffic in your home.

Prepare Items
Items are displayed, categorized grouped and photographed into lots. Photos and descriptions are input into our online auction website.

Marketing
Your estate sale will be advertised to our regular subscribers, as well as social media, Facebook, instagram and estate sale sites.

Auction Begins
Online auctions run for 7 days. Subscribers bid on items.

Pickup Day
Pickup day is set for the winners to pick up their items. We require pre payment from the purchaser to ensure the day goes smooth. Our team is there to monitor as items get safely picked up in your home.

You get Paid
At the conclusion of the auction, we send you a list of all items sold and you receive payment.
