In Person Estate Sale

An estate sale involves selling all the household contents in an estate. All of the items in the house are individually priced. An in-person sale takes place on location at the estate and is open to the public. We professionally handle every aspect of the sale process from researching items, organization, staging, pricing, tagging, advertising, to hosting so you can focus on what matters most during this time. The Process

Complimentary Initial Consultation
We will schedule a time to meet with you in your home. During this meeting we will evaluate the items in your home, answer any questions you may have, and determine which of our services are the right fit for you.

Setup
Before the sale we will bring in our team to clean, organize and strategically arrange and display the items for optimal sales. We take quality photos of the items to advertise in the listing.

Targeted Marketing.
To ensure the success of the sale we create an advertising campaign that reaches our network of local buyers. We utilize a variety of channels, including online listings, social media, email marketing, and traditional signage to generate interest and drive traffic to the sale.

Pricing.
Our team will evaluate each item and set competitive prices that reflect the value of the item and mark with clear visible tags so items are easy to shop.

On Site Sale.
The sale typically takes place over the weekend. Either a three day or two day sale.
